A discreet, bespoke format for psychological reset and deep integration
There are moments in life that call for more than weekly therapy.
Whether prompted by an internal shift or an external event, there are times when something unresolved asks to be met more fully — not over months, but in concentrated, purposeful time.
Immersive therapeutic programmes offer a curated space for this kind of work: focused, emotionally intelligent, and designed to support clarity, recalibration, or deep psychological movement. They are not an escape from the ordinary — but a way of re-entering life from a more grounded and integrated place.
What makes this work different
These programmes are bespoke by nature. Each one is thoughtfully designed around your history, your goals, and your current capacity. There is no set formula — only work that is deeply clinically informed, relationally attuned, and guided by a quiet respect for the complexity of your inner world.
The work may centre on:
- Resolving trauma that remains active beneath the surface
- Softening long-standing patterns that talking alone has not touched
- Navigating profound life transitions with clarity and containment
- Restoring connection to a part of you that feels distant or lost
Immersive programmes are particularly suited to those who have already done significant inner work and are ready to go further — yet they can also be thoughtfully adapted for individuals who are newer to therapy but feel a clear readiness for deeper, more sustained engagement. Each programme is designed around your level of experience, ensuring the depth of the work remains both effective and safe.
How it works
Programmes are held in person only and typically unfold over one to five consecutive days.
Each day includes two extended sessions, thoughtfully spaced to allow for reflection and integration between them.
Every immersion begins with a preliminary consultation to understand your needs and ensure that this format is appropriate.
Modalities may include EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Brainspotting, and other relationally and somatically informed approaches.
Follow-up integration sessions are available where needed, and — where clinically indicated — I can liaise with your existing therapist or care team to support continuity.
Immersions take place in private consulting rooms in London, or by special arrangement in other quiet, uninterrupted settings conducive to deep work.
For whom
This format may be appropriate if:
- You are feeling stuck, though outwardly functioning well
- You’ve engaged in therapy before, but something remains unresolved
- A recent event has stirred an unexpected emotional response
- You are at a professional or relational crossroads
- You are a leader, entrepreneur or creative accustomed to carrying responsibility for others — now seeking a space for your own process and renewal
Quiet, considered, attuned
This is not a retreat. It is a thoughtfully crafted experience — one that allows what lies beneath the surface to emerge, settle, and integrate in a way that feels grounded and restorative.
The work is deep, but never forced. It invites alignment rather than intensity, and honours the intricate dialogue between body, mind, and story as they come into relationship in the present.
Beginning the conversation
If you are drawn to immersive work, you are welcome to get in touch for a confidential consultation. I read and respond to all enquiries personally.
Sometimes a single immersion is enough. Other times, it becomes a meaningful point of return within a longer process. Whatever the path, it begins with listening — to you, to the moment, and to what is quietly ready to shift.
