People seek therapy for many reasons. Sometimes there is a clear event that unsettles the system — a rupture, a loss, a transition. Other times, the signs are quieter: a sense of disconnection, an inner unease, or a pattern that keeps repeating despite years of effort.
My clients are often reflective, sensitive, and high-functioning — accustomed to navigating life well, yet carrying something unresolved beneath the surface. Many have done therapy before, sometimes for years. Others arrive never having spoken openly about what truly matters.
