No two people arrive in therapy in the same way. Some come with a clear sense of what’s wrong; others arrive with a quiet knowing that something isn’t working — even if they can’t yet name what that is.
My work begins with careful listening. Not just to what you say, but to how you carry your history — emotionally, relationally, and in your body. From there, I shape a therapeutic process that is clinically rigorous, emotionally attuned, and sensitive to your nervous system’s capacity for change.
A flexible and integrative approach
Rather than using a fixed method, I draw from a range of carefully chosen modalities, tailored to each individual and phase of the work. These may include:
These approaches work beyond cognition — supporting not just insight, but integration. They are particularly effective in working with trauma, long-standing emotional patterns, identity disruptions, dissociation, and nervous system dysregulation.
Where appropriate, I may also incorporate elements from CBT, DBT, or mindfulness- based practices, especially in the early stages of therapy when stabilisation or emotional regulation is needed.
Each session is responsive — shaped not by protocol, but by presence, collaboration, and clinical discernment.
Weekly sessions or immersive work
Clients may choose to work with me through weekly psychotherapy, immersive programmes — bespoke, time-condensed formats designed for deeper psychological reset — or a combination of both
For some, immersion offers a way to catalyse change in a contained period of time. For others, weekly work provides a consistent and reflective rhythm. In many cases, the two can be woven together.
Whichever path we take, the intention is always the same: to support meaningful, sustainable change — in ways that feel grounded, coherent, and true to you.
